Buffalo Wild Wings has got to be the
most dysfunctional eating establishment in the city of Oxnard. I have only been
there a couple times and their service has been bad every time. First off,
there are never any free tables when you go and most times there is a line out
the door of people waiting for a table. The wait on a busy weekend night is probably
one hour to an hour and a half, so you are welcome to wait if you would like,
but personally I think that crazy. If you do happen to make it in, in a short
wait, you have to wait another long while for a server to come and take your
order. Once they take your order, you sit there in a place where it is really,
really loud. You can’t really even have a conversation with the person next to
you because it is that loud. It takes about another forty five minutes to an
hour to get your food, and if hopefully they got your order right because most
of the times I have been there they haven’t. The bathrooms are really dirty and
it seems like no one really cleans them. I can see how that is understandable
though because of the influx of people that come in. There doesn't seem to be a
lot of organization in there. I have also seen job posts for managers, so it
seems they change managers a lot. I think they need to work a lot on their
customer service and maybe take more time to train their employees better. I think,
we the people, can also help with their problem by maybe not going there as
much and visiting and contributing to our local sports bars and restaurants.
I have to agree. Go to hooks burger instead. bomb food!
ReplyDeletethe service does suck! AGREE!
ReplyDeletei love eating there but it does tend to get really loud and hectic in there.
ReplyDeleteI have never been to BWW but after reading this i do not look forward to eating there.
ReplyDeleteI have never tried BWW and have always wanted to, until now.
ReplyDeleteI've never gone to BWW but when i go there imma do the challenge and destroy those wings.
ReplyDeletewent there once and it took forever to get a table even though there was one open. and it really is loud...
ReplyDeleteI have a friend who used to work at BWW, and after hearing him talk about it I really agree with this blog ha-ha.
ReplyDeleteI completely agree with your post. I went there one time and had to wait two hours before my order was ready. It is very busy on the weekends and their customer service was poor as well. I never went there again.
